As we celebrate women in construction this week, we realize that are so many kind, talented, and dedicated women who work hard at Habitat build sites. Construction is a tough industry, and when women work in it they put their all into it.
Andi Werdell, Practice Manager at Florida Animal Care, has had the exciting opportunity to be a part of a past Women Build with her team, the North Port Divas. Andi shares:
“My experience with Women Build was eye-opening. The amount of work these Habitat volunteers provide is unbelievable. Everything is constructed with quality, perfection, and love.”
