On April 23, more than 100 volunteers came together to lay sod at 3 adjacent homes in North Port, which are ALMOST ready for their new homeowners! In just a couple of hours, our volunteers turned 69 pallets of sod into families' front and back lawns. Thanks to everyone's efforts, 3 future Habitat partner families will have beautiful, healthy green spaces in which they can relax and play.
In the wake of such a successful community-wide effort, we are confident that we will continue to see great things this year and beyond! Together, we are building stronger communities for generations to come.
